Shipping

All orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will ship out the same business day as long as the item ordered in in stock. While backorders are rare, customers will be notified of a backorder via phone call or e-mail if the item is not listed as back ordered on the website. Shipping times depend on product ordered. With the exception of any coating/paint product, and Tire Sticker product, most orders will arrive within 2-3 business days via USPS unless otherwise specified, or another shipping method is selected. All coatings/paint products will be shipped via UPS ground from New York or Florida. UPS Ground transit times can be seen here:

UPS Express, Overnight and USPS Express is available on all products with the exception of all coatings and paints.

We can not ship any coatings or paints to California, with the exception of low VOC Plasti Dip and AutoFlex Top Coats.

Overseas:

WE CAN NOT SHIP ANY PAINTS OR COATINGS INTERNATIONALLY UNLESS YOU

ORDER 100+ GALLONS AND ALLOW US TO ARRANGE OCEAN FREIGHT.

All other products, with the exception of Tire Stickers, will be shipped out via DHL Express. DHL Express will take 2-5 business days internationally depending on country. KP PIGMENTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS OR DUTY CHARGES UPON IMPORT.

Refunds and Exchanges:

KP Pigments will accept a refund for store credit or exchanges for any brand new, unopened product with the exception of any paints or coatings and tire stickers within 7 days of delivery.
