Shipping:

Most Items are shipped from our Rockville Centre, NY warehouse.  In some cases, products may ship directly from the manufacturer.  Items will be shipped same day as long as the order is placed before our shipping cutoff of 2pm EST.

Returns:

We accept unopened, unused returns within 30 days of purchase.  The item must be returned within sellable condition, or the return may be subject to a restocking fee or denied.  PLEASE NOTE: for any returns that are due to "buyer's remorse" the shipping price paid on the initial order will NOT be refunded.
